Job Title: Advertising Sales Manager

As an Advertising Sales Manager at Sparklight Inc, you will be responsible for leading the Advertising Sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Advertising Sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Services, and Inventory, to understand sales objectives and business requirements.
  • Forecast sales pipeline and revenue growth, and prioritize customer lists to focus on revenue potential.
  • Partner with Project and Product Managers to identify timelines, processes, and requirements necessary to achieve program goals.
  • Drive team members to meet or exceed assigned goals, including product adoption, training, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve process and other questions from internal and external constituents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, use hands, talk, and hear.
  • May be required to lift up to ten pounds.
  • Ability to use close and color vision and to adjust focus.
