About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team at Total System Services LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of large-scale and complex projects or initiatives from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project, and monitor progress and performance against it.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate issues in order to minimize delays.
  • Facilitate and manage the analysis of project requirements, identify and understand the cost estimates, resources, and time required to complete the project(s), and ensure project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Act as a liaison with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
  • Conduct project meetings, and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
  • Work with stakeholders and identify and establish priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones and ensure project is delivered to the internal and/or external client's satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: No designated field; or equivalent training and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Typically Minimum 4+ Years Relevant Exp

  • Skills / Knowledge - A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Job Complexity - Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Supervision - Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
  • Industry knowledge - has sufficient knowledge of the industry to manage projects, and adapt project deliverables as time, resources, and scope elements change.
  • Project Management - has a detailed understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Client's (internal or external) business knowledge - has a good understanding of the client's business.
