**Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
**Job Description:**
As a Residential Cleaning Specialist with our team, you will be responsible for cleaning houses in 2-person teams using our proprietary systems, products, and equipment. Your tasks will include:
• General cleaning and sanitizing of homes
• Deep cleaning of bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
• Cleaning and disinfecting dining areas, blinds, baseboards, floors, and glass enclosures
• Vacuuming and cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes
• Transporting cleaning products to and from job sites
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
