About the Job
">The ABM Industries is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
">Responsibilities
">- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities, including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment;
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage;
- Notify managers of any minor or major repairs or additions needed to building operating systems;
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management;
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
">No experience required; on-the-job training provided. Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
