Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma collection center, including screening donors, collecting plasma, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Screen donors to ensure they meet eligibility criteria
- Collect plasma from donors using state-of-the-art equipment
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and plasma collection data
- Ensure the safety and well-being of donors and employees
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve center goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Experience working in a medical laboratory or blood bank
- Phlebotomy certification or training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
