Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Coordinator to join our team at RISE INC FAMILY. As a Residential Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a better life for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues by managing a residential group home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide exceptional 1:1 care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) in partnership with clients and their teams.
  • Oversee client financials and monthly budgets for the program.
  • Act as a representative and advocate for clients in medical and financial matters.
  • Build and maintain supportive relationships with team members, DSPs, and clients.
  • Respond to emergency situations and natural disasters according to RISE guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • A desire to work with people with disabilities or special needs.
  • Strong multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with state and organizational rules and policies.
