  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.

**Requirements**

  • 8+ Years of Experience: Have at least 8 years of experience in application support activity.
  • ITIL Certification: Possess ITIL certification.
  • Capital Markets Domain Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the Capital Markets domain and market activities.
  • Asset Control Software Experience: Have relevant experience working with Asset Control software.
  • External Source Experience: Have experience working with external sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess strong technical skills in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
