Front Office Operations Manager

As a Front Office Operations Manager within our Institutional Markets division, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the transaction lifecycle management for a variety of market products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and execution of transaction lifecycle processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Trading and Sales teams to address trade processing issues and enhance operational workflows.
- Review and refine local and global market processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of front-to-back processes and stay updated on regulatory changes and operational risks.
- Oversee post-trade lifecycle management, including cancellations, amendments, and other related issues.
- Drive the development of trade capture models and internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Manage a direct report and foster a collaborative team environment aligned with company values.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in the financial services sector, particularly within Institutional Markets.
- Strong understanding of various asset classes including FX, Commodities, Rates, and Credit.
- Familiarity with Middle Office processes and trading systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a global team.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- A strong customer service orientation while maintaining internal controls.
