Dental Office Treatment Coordinator Specialist

BGH Dental is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment. We are seeking a skilled Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
- This full-time position involves ensuring seamless patient experiences, providing clear communication, and coordinating appointments.
- You will work closely with our clinical team to manage daily patient flow, promote teamwork, and maintain confidentiality.
- We require a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, dental insurance knowledge, and experience in project coordination.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling patient treatment appointments, including rescheduling missed appointments and contacting patients for incomplete treatment.
- Preparing and presenting treatment plans and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatments.
- Coordinating appointments and managing schedules to achieve efficiency.
- Working with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.
- Assisting patients with financial arrangements and handling pre-authorizations.
- Managing treatment paperwork, including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork.
- Developing strong working relationships with doctors and promoting teamwork through professional behavior.
- CHECKING PATIENTS OUT AND ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS FROM PATIENTS.
Required Skills:
- Dental insurance knowledge and expertise.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Project coordination experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.
- A commitment to adhering to OSHA guidelines, HIPAA Privacy Policy, and operating procedures.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a respectful working environment.
