At Tetra Tech, we are collaborating with industry-leading experts for a sustainable future. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to provide case management services to disaster victims and assist them in the recovery process.

  • Assist clients in applying for disaster assistance programs and other financial support mechanisms.
  • Initiate and maintain weekly check-in calls with assigned applicants.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' disaster-related needs and develop individualized recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate assistance.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate access to resources and services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case files and documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

About the Job:

  • This is a temporary assignment with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with potential weekend work.
  • The estimated salary for this position is $24/hour.
