The Procurement Center of Excellence Associate is responsible for supporting the Procurement organization through management of the processes and technologies within Ariba that enable the procurement activities of the organization.
This includes Ariba modules that enable Molson Coors to conduct business with our suppliers over the Ariba Network through invoice automation and online catalogs, as well as spend analysis, requisitioning, purchasing approvals, sourcing, and PO/contracts.
The Associate will work closely with suppliers and members of the procurement organization, as well as stakeholders in other departments such as IT, Global Business Services, Finance, and Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 7 processes used by the Procurement organization, internal stakeholders (across the entire company), and external suppliers.
- Work in a center of process innovation including procurement digitization.
- Be knowledgeable in the technologies used in the relevant processes and provide support and training in these technologies to procurement and internal stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement processes and management methodologies.
- Experience with procurement technologies (SAP, contract management systems, e-sourcing systems, supplier management systems and others).
- Procurement certification, Process certifications, technology certifications (Preferred).
