Cedar Park Group is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their college campus Counseling Center team. This comprehensive role includes medication evaluations, management, and consultations for students.

Contract Details
  • The contract duration is one year, starting January 2025, with a potential one-year renewal.
  • Schedule flexibility is required with advance scheduling; 2-3 days per month or full-time availability (Monday - Friday, 9-5).
  • Primarily remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Staten Island.
Requirements:
  • An active Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner Licensure in New York State are required.
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health is also necessary.
  • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Licensure must be obtained.
  • A minimum of three years of verified experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is required.
  • Malpractice Liability Insurance coverage of $1 million per claim and $6 million aggregate is mandatory.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
