Job Description

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Escalate ABA, you will work closely with behavioral analysis teams to evaluate mental health patients and develop effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating patient conditions and developing treatment plans in collaboration with senior mental health professionals.
  • Interview patients at their residence or healthcare facility and document progress for review by team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, family members, and colleagues.
  • The ability to empathize with patients and remain professional in high-stress situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing patient needs and environments.
  • Strong listening and reasoning skills to ensure accurate documentation and implementation of treatment plans.
