Senior Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Research Associate to join our translational chemistry team at Skills Alliance. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting and supporting laboratory research, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our research and development efforts, and you will have opportunities to work both independently and collaboratively within our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct laboratory research and support experiments, ensuring adherence to quality control and GLP/GMP standards.
- Develop and implement new laboratory techniques and methods to improve research efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and reports, ensuring clear and concise communication of results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge and skills to improve research outcomes.
- Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of industry experience or Master's degree with 1+ year in a laboratory, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Experience in Quality Controlled, GLP/GMP environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
