Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Education: A BS degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience; a MS degree with 1+ years of relevant industry experience; a PhD with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience applying technical skills towards recombinant protein expression, such as vector construction, use of expression systems (E. coli and HEK), and protein purification (AKTA, Chromatography).
  • Skills: Experience with determination of protein quality attributes, including purity, size, aggregation state, and endotoxin. Experience with biophysical and protein analytical techniques such as: UPLC (Reversed Phase, aSEC, aCEX, aHIC), Mass-spec, SPR, or Octet.
  • Collaboration: Build collaborative relationships at the group and interdepartmental levels.
Physical Demands:
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • May encounter prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • This position requires working around hazardous materials.
Compensation and Benefits:

RPMGlobal offers a competitive total compensation package designed to support the lives of our employees and their families. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $128,000. Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Employees accrue three weeks of vacation and 80 hours of sick time on an annual basis and receive twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. This position is eligible for bonus and stock options.
