Job Summary

The F&B Captain is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of dining outlets, including staff management, scheduling, and payroll control. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure exceptional guest service and a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train dining outlet staff to meet Pinehurst Resort standards
  • Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments to ensure efficient service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Monitor and control payroll and expenses associated with dining outlets
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years related experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
