Job Title: Sales Manager - Automated Equipment

At George Koch & Sons, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Automated Equipment to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our service and parts sales business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of parts sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve performance objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of audits, service operations, rework, and controls upgrades, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting service contracts, maintenance plans, parts sales, and controls upgrades to existing and new clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction in service, rework, and controls operations.
  • Foster strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing effective solutions to ensure client retention and loyalty.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Five years of experience in audits, service, parts sales, rework, and controls upgrades within the automated equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events.
