Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for the Community Relations Director role will be tasked with enhancing community visibility through both in-person and virtual tours, organizing events, and conducting outreach to referral groups and influencers. The primary objective is to drive qualified move-ins and achieve or surpass our census targets.
It is essential to accurately input all sales and lead data into our CRM system as part of your responsibilities.Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in commissioned sales or a proven track record in senior living environments.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong face-to-face selling abilities, exceptional relationship-building skills, and proficiency in telephone communication. Effective lead management and closing techniques tailored to the senior living sector are crucial for this role.
Additionally, we seek a high-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This full-time position may require some evening, weekend, and holiday work.All employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory background and drug screening results.
