Territory Sales Associate Representative

Job Summary
This field-based role is designed to work in conjunction with a Sales Representative or Senior Sales Representative to maintain and grow business with current prescribers and deliver expected sales results in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current surgeon customers and accounts to drive business growth and retention.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and close deals with specified surgeon and/or account target list.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to accounts, surgeons, and their patients.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively communicate with surgeon customers and their patients.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports and projections to relevant sales managers.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience in the dental or medical industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with surgeon customers and accounts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM software.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 95% local travel within the defined territory.
- Up to 15% overnight travel may be required for sales meetings and trainings.
