Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Suburban Inns. As a key member of our grounds crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas through regular mowing, pruning, and trimming.
  • Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming around flower beds, walks, or walls.
  • Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, or other grounds features.
  • Remove snow from grounds via plow, shovel, Gehl, etc.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
