Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Exterior Renovations Specialist to lead the installation and repair of windows, siding, and roofing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising one to two fellow employees and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation and repair of windows and doors
  • Assist with the repair of siding, windows, doors, and roofing
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain equipment
  • Track all equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Driving to various locations based on needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in window, siding, roofing, and doors
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Current Driver's license
