POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist, under the general guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role involves managing routine residential and commercial customer service inquiries, new residential sales, requests, and complaints, which typically range from general to moderately complex, requiring limited research for resolution. The primary objective is to provide superior customer service in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner to ensure that all concerns are addressed effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly and accurately to routine customer service inquiries, ensuring that both residential and commercial service issues are handled with professionalism.
  • Address routine matters related to residential and commercial services, which may include outbound communications to resolve simple to moderately complex issues, such as contractual obligations, billing inquiries, service cancellations, price adjustments, and equipment concerns.
  • Return all internal and external communications in a timely manner to ensure customer concerns are understood and resolved efficiently.
  • Review individual performance metrics with management to understand personal performance and enter service data into systems for billing and scheduling.
  • Document customer service interactions accurately to facilitate tracking of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
