Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring profitable, cost-effective operations while adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory requirements.

Engage directly with customers and carriers to coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.

Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to guarantee accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts.

Utilize the Warehouse Management System to complete transactions related to receipts, shipments, and inventory transfers.

Conduct cycle counts within the warehouse and investigate any discrepancies in inventory.

Adhere to best practices in warehousing and standard operating procedures.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization through collaboration with site managers.

Facilitate team meetings and update priorities.

Direct traffic to the warehouse and make necessary adjustments to orders.

Lead, direct, and manage site operations to ensure optimal profitability and customer satisfaction.

Oversee resources and facilitate quality and efficient operations.

Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with customers while managing daily issue resolution.

Continuously enhance processes to ensure excellent customer relations.

Ensure compliance with internal quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Assist in developing and implementing onboarding procedures for new customer accounts.

Accountable for creating and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Facilitate integrated communication among EFW Warehousing, LLC's various internal teams, ensuring consistent and effective quality in work performance.

Comply with company security protocols.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and job-specific software.

Ability to identify issues, requirements, and opportunities in customer service.

Capability to motivate teams to produce quality outputs within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.


Proficient in developing and utilizing collaborative relationships to achieve work objectives; build individual relationships through listening, sharing ideas, and valuing others' contributions.


Maintain stable performance under pressure; handle stress in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.


Employ appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to foster a cohesive team and facilitate the achievement of team goals.

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.

Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budget review, financial reporting, and expense monitoring.

Focus on customer needs and develop and sustain productive relationships.

Delegate decision-making authority and/or task responsibilities to others to maximize organizational and individual effectiveness.

Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects while setting priorities.

Basic understanding and experience in project management methodologies.

Ability to read and interpret complex business and technical documents.

Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.

Ability to collaborate with managers or directors and communicate complex concepts.

Ability to present to groups across the organization.

Problem-solving skills with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions requiring ingenuity and analysis.

Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed procedures to resolve moderately complex issues.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience in the transportation or warehousing sector is required, with 1-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred. A combination of experience and/or education will be considered.


Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
