Position Overview

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, focusing on providing comprehensive care to adult patients. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient health concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver autonomous patient care, utilizing your advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Maintain a current and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including DEA registration and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently to document patient interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited advanced practice program.
  • A minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMR systems.
