Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in San Ramon, CA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy to students identified with communication disorders, including evaluating students with suspected communication disorders and making recommendations for speech and language services as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records of students on caseload, including comprehensive written reports of observations, assessment results, and recommendations within the standards established by state guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Develop speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs and collaborate with other education staff to develop integrated goals for students with multiple or other disabilities.
  • Consultation: Consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.
  • Medicaid Billing: Participate in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.
Requirements
  • California SLP License: Must hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
