Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants.
  • Qualifications: Ability to pass a thorough background check, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Qualities: Professionalism, energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to developing team members and promoting a culture of excellence.
