  • Proactively share insights and ideas with the Fifth Avenue Club In Residence team to identify business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
  • Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online client resource tools to maintain and update client information and preferences, driving business growth.
  • Source products for client appointments through various inventory channels, including flagship stores and digital resources.
  • Engage with clients and assist with basic alterations under the guidance of the Alterations Director.
  • Maintain a robust digital presence to attract new clientele and promote business through traditional and social media avenues.
  • Act as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
