Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Construction Loan Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of construction loan projects.
  • Construction Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, rectify, and track recurring construction issues to minimize losses and ensure timely project completion.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with dealers, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of sellable loans.
  • Process Improvement: Use trend data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reporting and analysis tools to track construction Service Level Agreements and process to remediate deliveries that fall out of established SLA.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in management of new construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction terminology and documentation.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment and manage external relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to quickly gain proficiency in the company's proprietary mortgage software products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
