Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and secure messages.
- Account Management: Explain and inform clients of available services such as deposit accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit (CDs).
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with consumer and business customers, assisting in account openings and onboarding processes.
- Business Development: Engage with prospective clients and gather information needed for opening new accounts, conducting customer due diligence, and entering client data into the bank's core system.
- Operations Management: Facilitate business online banking set-ups; establishing access to cash management services (wires, ACH & Positive Pay).
- Debit Card Management: Manage debit card-related services, including ordering, activating, adjusting limits, and advising on fraud prevention tools.
- Wire Transfers: Execute domestic and international wire transfers.
- Teller Transactions: Perform teller transactions.
- Education: Associate's Degree in a business-related field or major; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of banking operations, particularly in account management, teller functions, wire transfers, and risk management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
