Job Title: IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Develop and implement IT systems, encompassing servers, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Enhance performance, reliability, and security throughout infrastructure.
  • Serve as technical lead with switches and firewalls, including Cisco, Meraki, SonicWALL, Fortinet, and HP.
  • Maintain technology solutions, including LAN/WAN, servers, storage, virtualization, switches, routers, and cloud integrations.
  • Experience in automating deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
  • Proficient in server hardware, RAID controllers, storage solutions, and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in server deployment for Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, RDS, and more.
  • Highly experienced with hypervisors, particularly VMware solutions and Microsoft's Hyper-V.
  • Experienced in data protection, access controls, and vulnerability management solutions, with a demonstrated track record of hands-on implementation.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
  • Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage functions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
