Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement weekly production plans for the meat room shifts.
  • Monitor and validate product quality, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Review and manage raw ingredient inventory to ensure timely delivery and availability.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including blend stickers and run information.
  • Document and review past job sheets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and address any safety, quality, or production issues promptly.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating model behavior and providing clear direction to team members.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they meet performance and quality expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities for process improvements and skill development.
