Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technician to join our team at ActOne Group. As a Medical Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical services unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule pre-employment physicals, periodic exams, and other medical screenings, working closely with Human Capital Recruiters to ensure a seamless process.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including coordinating drug screenings, ensuring proper completion of change of custody forms, and communicating with the laboratory regarding results.
  • Maintain knowledge of conferences, appointments, and trips, reminding the supervisor of commitments and composing routine correspondence based on oral instructions and available information.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including maintaining medical documents, filing, and ordering supplies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Office Assistant training or certification.
  • Proven working knowledge of medical terminology and English grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, vocabulary, formats, and policies.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven working knowledge or experience in using an electronic medical records system and HC Dashboard.
