Job Title: Interface Coordinator – Civil, Structural

Job Summary:

DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Interface Coordinator with expertise in Civil, Structural, or Architectural disciplines to join our client's SRPPF project. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various interfaces across construction phases, ensuring seamless integration and communication between different project components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage interfaces between civil, structural, and architectural components of the project.
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination between civil, structural, and architectural teams, conducting regular meetings and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Resolve conflicts arising from overlaps or misalignments between different scopes of the project.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interface management, including interface agreements and status updates.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks related to interfaces to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) considerations are integrated throughout the project phases.
  • Develop and execute interface management strategies, maintain interface records, and lead meetings to ensure alignment and information sharing.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to address and integrate interface management procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a project role with a focus on civil, structural, or architectural interface management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering area is preferred.
  • Proven success as a Project Manager on large-scale engineering or construction projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended.
