Civil/Structural Designer Role

Primoris Engineering is seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Designer to contribute to the success of our company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in civil and structural design.

About the Position
  • Create detailed grading models and plans using Civil 3D software.
  • Run cut and fill analysis and develop materials lists based on site-specific soil conditions.
  • Design platforms, supports, and structures using CADWorx Structure.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team and coordinate with other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with OSHA regulations and PIP Standards.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure drawings align with equipment and technical documentation.
  • Maintain records of revisions and markups throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorx Structure.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling using various AutoCAD applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
