Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Director to join our Transactions & Integrations team, which supports businesses with end-to-end transaction excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Post Merger Integrations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and/or Carve-outs, and will bring expert-level experience and credibility to our cases and business development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts, providing content expertise and acting as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work.
- Support the development and execution of commercial outreach programs in collaboration with our Industry Practice Areas.
- Assist clients as they execute their Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out efforts, acting as a project manager for an entire case or a module on select topics.
- Define and drive the project approach, supervise BCG consulting team members, and manage day-to-day client interactions.
- Build BCG's Transactions and Integrations (T&I) practice by contributing to improve internal methodology and tools, leading topic development on areas of expertise related to Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out, and preparing and presenting BCG T&I experience and capabilities at internal conferences.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of consulting experience preferred.
- Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a high level of credibility with senior clients.
- Advanced degree preferred.
