Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Transactions & Integrations team, which supports businesses with end-to-end transaction excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Post Merger Integrations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and/or Carve-outs, and will bring expert-level experience and credibility to our cases and business development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to business development and proposal efforts, providing content expertise and acting as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work.
  2. Support the development and execution of commercial outreach programs in collaboration with our Industry Practice Areas.
  3. Assist clients as they execute their Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out efforts, acting as a project manager for an entire case or a module on select topics.
  4. Define and drive the project approach, supervise BCG consulting team members, and manage day-to-day client interactions.
  5. Build BCG's Transactions and Integrations (T&I) practice by contributing to improve internal methodology and tools, leading topic development on areas of expertise related to Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out, and preparing and presenting BCG T&I experience and capabilities at internal conferences.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of consulting experience preferred.
  • Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a high level of credibility with senior clients.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
