About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and fulfilling their requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to members via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Offer products and services to help members save time and money, improving their financial well-being.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with established guidelines and limits.
  • Perform member maintenance, deliver problem-solving solutions, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and sales goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong desire to help people and make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
