  • Marketing and Sales: Work closely with the agency team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services.
  • Performance Metrics and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, working closely with the agency team to establish and achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in an insurance or related industry, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty insurance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Licensing: Property and Casualty license required.
