Insurance Sales Representative

Brian Bartko - State Farm Agent is seeking a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Responsibilities:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Drive sales and build client relationships to meet agency goals.
- Provide quality service to current and future clients.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and text.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license acquired within first week of employment.
- Bilingual Tagalog preferred but not required.
$22.00 per hour
