Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our senior patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based medicine and best practices in primary care.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Current, active State Medical License for the state(s) in which you will be working.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
