About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Post Surgical Acute unit.

This is a full-time, day shift position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have current Kansas RN licensure, BLS certification, and experience in a similar healthcare setting.

Job Summary

  • Provide safe patient care delivery for diverse patient populations under the direction of the Nurse Director/Manager.
  • Assess patient/family needs, develop and prioritize patient goals, evaluate care delivery, and revise the plan of care as needed.
  • Delegate care as appropriate to optimize patient outcomes and adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

  • Current Kansas RN Licensure
  • Current BLS certification upon hire
  • Experience in Telemetry, ICU, or PCU with ACLS certification
  • 2-Year Degree
  • Specific Certifications required within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-Year Degree
  • At least one year recent experience in a similar healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
