Customer Relations Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in generating exceptional client experiences that drive the growth of our successful insurance agency.

Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for helping others make you an ideal fit for this role. You will have the opportunity to enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Collaborate with other agency team members to efficiently meet the needs of customers and drive business growth.
