Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient, effective, and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures.
  • Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and reconciled.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all transactions and activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Reg CC.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones, filing, and other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with three to six months of banking or retail cash handling/customer service experience.
