Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

The Assistant Store Leader is a key member of our store team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Service Expert: Develop business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
  • Leadership Presence/Steward of Talent: Assist the Store Manager in achieving financial success through improvement of measurable results that positively impact store performance.
  • Building Brand Equity: Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
