About the Role:

As a caregiver with Senior Helpers, your responsibilities will include assisting seniors with daily activities such as:

  • Preparing and organizing meals
  • Providing transportation for errands and appointments
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Engaging seniors in meaningful daily activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to assist seniors. Comfort in providing non-medical, hands-on support is essential. While current CNAs and those with prior Home Care Aide training or relevant certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory. We offer a Caregiver Mentor Program to create a tailored training plan for each caregiver.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • HCA # with Livescan (or ability to obtain it)
  • Recent TB test results (within the last 60 days)
