Corporate Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves handling daily mail, documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for counting, opening, identifying, sorting, logging, uploading, and scanning all assigned daily mail, faxes, or keys. Additionally, they will assist with the daily shipment of documents/keys and pull files to prepare folders consisting of titles, salvage titles, power of attorney's, and other support documentation.
A key aspect of this role is communicating with internal employees and some clients or vendors via email. The ideal candidate should have good job tenure with a stable work history and be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you can expect to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with potential for some overtime. Our office is carpeted and cubicle-based with strict attendance policies.
