Job Summary:
Innvite Hospitality is looking for a skilled Property Equipment Technician to join our facilities team. As a Property Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on all property equipment, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on all property equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including safety manuals and operating instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
