Property Care Technician

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position that requires a strong background in property maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair on assigned properties, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties
- Work with Property Manager on oversight of property
- Responsible for maintaining clutter-free fleet vehicle, if assigned
- Responsible for careful operation of bucket truck, power equipment, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
