Job OverviewAs a Senior Facilities Operations Manager, you will lead our maintenance team in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and provide a comfortable environment for our residents. Your expertise will help us maintain and improve our facilities, making it an ideal role for an experienced maintenance professional.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to boost property performance, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with property managers and contractors to manage projects efficiently.
- Manage budgets for cost-efficient operations, ensuring the best value for our residents.
- Uphold safety standards and compliance, prioritizing the well-being of our residents and staff.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in HVAC.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Flexibility for changing priorities and emergency calls, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
