Job Overview

The Health Equity Patient Navigator plays a vital role in eliminating barriers to care and providing outreach for patients at ECMC. This position involves performing various clerical duties, such as collecting patient information, inputting data into electronic health records, patient outreach, distributing information, and contacting patients/caregivers.

This role requires working under the direct supervision of a higher-ranking employee, with some leeway for independent judgment. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of office terminology, procedures, and equipment, as well as experience in a healthcare setting. Estimated salary: $25,000 - $32,000 per year.
