Staff Disability Advocate

Our client community consists of low-income individuals and families who face significant challenges in accessing basic needs like food, housing, and healthcare.
As a Staff Disability Advocate, you will work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive plan to secure their benefits and overcome obstacles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake assessments to identify client needs and goals.
- Developing individualized plans to secure benefits and access resources.
- Navigating the complex social security system to advocate for our clients' rights.
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $61,111 to $106,720 per year, based on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, three weeks of vacation, 12 paid holidays, sick and personal leave, eligibility for public student loan forgiveness, pension plan, HRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, and paid professional memberships.
